A fee is payable for some publications, including Codes of Practice and Guidance Notes. All publications are available on request in other formats to assist people with special needs.

The National Research Centre for Occupational Health & Safety Regulation (NRCOHSR) at Australian National University produces a range of topical and relevant high quality, empirical and policy-focused research relating to work health and safety regulation. This research informs government initiatives relating to the reform of work health and safety legislation, inspection and enforcement policy and practice, and contributes to ensuring the efficacy of regulation in improving work health and safety outcomes in workplaces.
